This resort is a hidden gem with spacious rooms that offer a unique blend of nature and modern comfort. The hospitality is outstanding, making every guest feel valued and cared for. While the bathroom issues and limited dining options were a downside, the serene atmosphere and family-friendly amenities definitely stand out. Overall, it's a place I would love to return to for another peaceful getaway.

The hotel has some charm with its rustic feel, but it definitely needs a lot of improvement. The rooms had a peculiar smell, and there were frequent power outages that disrupted our sleep. The staff were pleasant and eager to assist, but overall maintenance seemed lacking. It’s a decent value if you can overlook the issues, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Our stay at the resort was filled with amazing moments, from the stunning ambiance of the Artist Penthouse, which featured a unique in-room jacuzzi, to the impeccable service from the staff. The property is beautifully maintained with spacious pools and private beach access. However, during our last visit, things seemed a bit different than before, with some inconsistencies in service and cleanliness, leading to a mixed experience overall.
